Nicholas P. DiNatale, CPA
The firm is managed by Nicholas P. DiNatale, CPA. Nick brings to the table over 18 years of accounting, tax and business experience working with clients involved in a variety of industries. He combines this history with a technical understanding of the needs and processes of business and a practical understanding of the applicable tax regulations and procedures.
Before hanging his shingle Nick had worked in a number of industries, from developing photographs for the local paper to working in an Italian bakery, and as a diesel tech for a regional transportation company. This diverse experience provides a unique insight into the ground level of how companies work and translates into an interest in and understanding of the details of your business.
Nick attended Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts and after graduation was employed as a client service professional in some of Boston’s premier CPA offices, including one of the “Boston Business Journal Top 25 CPA Firms.” In the client service professional role, Nick was the contact person for his clients, and provided a variety of tax, accounting and auditing services to closely-held businesses throughout New England.
Nick is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. He also enjoys memberships in various trade organizations.
In his free time Nick enjoys riding and wrenching on his Ducati motorcycles, chasing striped bass with his fly rod, changing the oil in his 5.0 Mustang and going on adventures with his beautiful wife and two children who always eat their dinners, say “please” and “thank you” and go to bed on time.
Kerri-Ann Millar, CPA
Kerri-Ann is a client service professional who joined us in 2009 and hit the ground running. She walked in the door with over 17 years of diverse accounting and business experience working as part of the top tier financial team at a wide range of clients from start-ups to publicly traded companies.
In her past life Kerri-Ann worked for several Massachusetts based companies in the financial services and biotechnology industries. Her roles included various consulting and risk management duties for large private and smaller publicly traded entities. Kerri has extensive experience developing and implementing business processes and internal control structures necessary to steer growing companies. What does this mean to you? Kerri’s approach is from an internal audit angle with a focus on developing your accounting infrastructure to enable you and your Company to grow efficiently and effectively. To quote a recent Pirelli ad slogan, “power is nothing without control” and with Kerri’s help you will be able to focus on what you do best while dedicating fewer assets towards micromanaging your numbers.
Kerri-Ann graduated from Boston University and spent the first four years of her career working in the Boston office of a “big four” (at the time) CPA/consulting firm. While there Kerri-Ann’s focus was to provide a variety of consulting, tax and accounting and auditing services to clients throughout the New England area.
Of course Kerri-Ann has a life outside the office. When she's not here she loves to spend time adventuring with her family, often tailed by their trusty golden retriever, Hadley. Kerri is also an acive hockey mom dedicating endless hours to shivering in local rinks at all hours of the day so she can watch her son shoot the game winning goal. Whether it's hiking mountain ride lines, riding the waves on Cape Cod or skiing New England peaks, Kerri never passes up an opportunity to enjoy what New England has to offer.
